It is the shipping company that succeeded Compañía Chilena de Navegación Interoceánica, following the sale of its container shipping services in 2015. Today, it operates two main lines of business: coastal cargo transport and the shipbuilding business, which involves the purchase, sale, and chartering of vessels.

PORTUARIA CABO FROWARD S.A.

It owns and operates ports. It owns three bulk piers on the northern coast of Coronel Bay, in the Bio Bío Region, a location with rare natural shelter along our coastline. Additionally, it owns a pier in Calbuco, in the Los Lagos Region. It carries out loading, unloading, and storage operations for bulk and liquid cargo.

It is the concessionaire of the Talcahuano Maritime Terminal. It owns and operates multipurpose port infrastructure in the Biobío Region, specializing in the handling of general cargo, containers, and bulk. Its strategic location, coupled with modern infrastructure and high operational standards, allows it to provide efficient and safe services to both domestic and international vessels and cargo.
